Across many big ISPs across Europe, The Pirate Bay has been blocked. The copyright lobby, especially The Pirate Bay, is censoring so-called 'pirate' websites around the world. Since 2011, in the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium and now France, many file sharing websites, including The Pirate Bay, have been blocked by ISPs. Their attempts to appear futile, however, as bittorrent and other file sharing traffic do not decrease.
